Dr. Robert Hagevoort, a Professor at New Mexico State University and co-founder of the U.S. Dairy Education & Training Consortium, brings over a decade of dairy management expertise. Focused on rebuilding NMSU’s dairy program, he spearheads comprehensive workforce training covering safety, animal handling, parlor performance, calf care, and leadership development. Dr. Hagevoort is a key contributor to advancing the industry through impactful programs and collaborative efforts with the dairy sector.

Jorge Estrada
Jorge M. Estrada is a senior organizational development consultant, executive coach and change/transformation expert working with the dairy industry for over 32 years in the U.S. and abroad. Jorge has developed and coached dozens of CEO’s and hundreds of executives and middle-managers in the dairy industry to take their leadership and management to the next level of effectiveness. His contributions show in the way leaders have improved communication, conflict management, leadership and influence, to name a few. His aim is to contribute to leadership in a way that agricultural enterprises are productive, sustainable, thru a highly engaged workforce.
